Global Orphan Foundation
Global Orphan Foundation is looking for someone who can translate documents into Lingala, a local language of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Ideally, this individual will be able to:
- Write in fluent Lingala
- Read English and/or French
- Be able to translate documents from English or French to our target language of Lingala.
This opportunity does not have designated dates or times. Essentially, when we have a document that needs to be translated, we will send it over to our volunteer for translation. We just ask that it is translated within 3 days, if possible.
In return, you will be able to feel great about yourself knowing you are applying your unique skills to helping vulnerable children in DRCongo. The position also includes an abundance of "thank you's", a GOF coffee mug, and professional references as appropriate.
