Description
OUR CURRENT PROJECT:
One of our current charitable project is working with the San Bernardino City Unified School District and its surrounding communities to deliver fresh foods and supplies at no costs to students and their families. The city of San Bernardino was chosen due to the overwhelming poverty rate with some families averaging little over $11,000 in annual household income. As of this writing, the city has just recently emerged from bankruptcy. The project began in December 2018 at Lincoln Elementary School with hundreds of families served and is further scheduled for a monthly deployment of our Mobile Food Pantry services. The second school site has also been selected and is in the process of planning as of January 2019. The goal is to reach as many local communities as resources allows to aid in further lapse in homelessness for this challenged city.
OUR HOPE:
With very limited resources as a newly founded charitable organization, we hope you will come forward to materially make a difference, whether it’d be financial support, volunteering time and skills or the donation of goods to the needy to make this worthwhile effort sustainable. Come join us in the next Mobile Food Pantry Deployment on January 19th 2019 in Lincoln Elementary in the City of San Bernardino.
