Primary positions we'd like to fill immediately include:
Emergency Services Officers -- people with any kind of emergency services background/experience with a willingness to teach teens and adults
Aerospace Education Officer -- people with aviation, space, rocketry, STEM, cyber backgrounds with a willingness to teach teens and adults in our program and/or in the community.
Cyber Officer (cybersecurity -- focused on cadets)
Character Development Instructor (focused on cadets)
Chaplain
Website maintenance/IT
Pilots
Health Services Officers - people with medical background

Other assistant positions include:
Communications (radios)
Emergency Services
Safety
Cadet Programs (focused on cadets)
Fitness instructor (focused on cadets)
Logistics
Aerospace Education (aviation, space, rocketry, STEM)(Can work with cadets and/or community)
Legal
Activities
Administration
Personnel
Recruiting & Retention
Fundraising

Lee's Summit Composite Squadron has programs for both cadets (youth ages 12-18) and adults (18+). Right now, we are looking to fill a variety of positions. We're looking for motivated self-starters who are interested in investing in the community and mentoring youth and/or adult members. We have members from all over the KC Metro area.
