On Monday, October 26, the Johnson Family's Mission 31 Foundation is hosting its annual "Agents of Change" fundraising dinner at JW Marriott Houston Downtown in Houston, TX. The event will include a three-course dinner, live and silent auctions, games, virtual appearances by the Johnsons, live entertainment and more. As you know, events like this are not possible or successful without great volunteers to help our foundation team. That’s where you come in!
We need about 5 volunteers to help us throughout the day for set-up. If you are unable to volunteer the entire time, we will take whatever time you can spare. Those helping the entire time (or vast majority of it) will be provided lunch.
Responsibilities will include setting up such elements as our signage, registration, silent auction, items on tables, games/prizes, etc.
If you are interested, please contact us via e-mail at rosie.westerbeck@prolanthropy.net.

Mission Statement
The mission of The Johnson Family's Mission 31 Foundation is to provide opportunities, support and resources to seriously ill children and their families by offering daily support and life changing experiences.
Description
The foundation came from both David Johnson, running back for the Houston Texans, and his wife, Meghan, wanting to have a positive impact on children’s lives. Growing up, David’s coaches, teachers, and mentors impacted his life. These influencers inspired David to go to college to become a physical education/health teacher with a minor in coaching. His intentions were to better children’s lives mentally, physically, and emotionally-just as his role models did for him.
Meghan has always wanted to work on an oncology unit for children as she went to school for nursing. She also has been inspired to help children in the community. They both frequently volunteer at children’s hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses. They have enjoyed the experiences that they have had with serving children, so this foundation combines their passions into one cause.
