We are seeking volunteers to sew little monster friend plushies for children impacted by cancer and other traumas. During COVID, many children who are, or whose loved ones are going thorugh cancer are struggling with the isolation and emotional challenges asssociated both with the diagnosis and the lack of community support of in-person schooling. Well Beings Studio donates little monster friends in a cancer care duffle along with a book, emotion stickers, and an activity.
Your assistance creating these monsters will give children impacted by cancer such joy during a difficult time.
Basic sewing skills required.

Well Beings Studio engages the creative arts to open communication and support emotional well-being of families impacted by cancer, other traumas and difficult times. We focus on understanding emotions; processing change, grief and loss; and utilizing reading, writing, and creative arts for well-being. We work to dismantle stigmas about cancer, emotions, and asking for help. We are committed to inclusion, equity, and sharing multiple voices and diverse perspectives on creativity and wellness.
