Hello! I am the new Southern California Area Representative for International Student Exchange.
If you spend any amount of time online or watching television, it is extremely easy to see that we are living in unprecedented and scary times. The Media is filled with anger, frustration, hate, and much more. Studies have shown that what you focus on or give attention to will affect your lives. I am choosing to focus on positive things, love, encouragement, and trying to make this world a better place.
I am looking for host families in Southern California who would open their home to a high school exchange student. We accept all kinds of host families, and you do not need to have kids in the home. Host families are responsible for 3 meals a day (students pay for their own school lunches), treating the student as a member of the family and providing guidance and support for a teenager.
By hosting and working with exchange students, we at ISE believe that we are making the world a better place and breaking down barriers between people, countries, cultures, and religions.

We also have a referral program if you know anyone who may be interested. You can receive $100 for each family you refer who hosts a student next year. #exchangestudents #school #community #volunteering
