Youth who participate in 4-H clubs are four times more likely to give back to their communities, two times more likely to make healthier choices, and two times more likely to participate in STEM activities, according to national research. Members will lead the development and initial chartering of 4-H clubs. They will build the infrastructure within the club by recruiting members and volunteers within the surrounding community who will eventually serve as club leaders or SPIN leaders.
