Make a difference as a CEO volunteer! We offer group volunteering, as well as select individual volunteer opportunities for those who seek independent service engagement.

Office/Administrative Assistant
Assists with a variety of tasks to help keep the CEO office function smoothly. Tasks include answering phones, greeting clients, data entry as needed, organizing and filing paperwork, and other administrative tasks assigned by the Site Director or other CEO staff.

Resume Writing
Help us get participants job-start ready!
One of the most valued experiences available to both volunteers and CEO participants is the involvement in a resume writing workshop at one of our office locations. When your company assists our participants in crafting a compelling resume, you help our participants to both contextualize their skills and experiences, and ultimately land their next job.

Interview Workshops
Interviewing isn’t easy, but practice makes perfect. Interview workshops bolster the soft skills that participants need to make the best first impression during an in-person interview. By participating in this workshop, volunteers are offering program participants the opportunity to strengthen their responses to challenging interview questions. Volunteers are provided with pre-selected interview questions to choose from and are encouraged to evaluate the content discussed, as well as verbal and non-verbal communication.

Though interview workshops are typically held at CEO offices, our participants are eager to practice their interview skills in a corporate environment. Invite CEO to your company’s location, and we’ll work with your team to host an interview workshop at your office. Due to COVID-19, this volunteer opportunity is now offered in a virtual format.

Immersive Volunteerism
CEO program participants gain access to immediate paid transitional work upon completion of a four day orientation course. Join one of our transitional work crews at a local park or public space to beautify your community in what we call "immersive volunteering".

Workshops & Apprenticeships
Gaining experience and acquiring new skills is critical for CEO participants. Based on your company’s field of work, we can customize a program that engages participants in hands-on training in your industry, where they learn to work alongside your team.
