Grow with our non-profit organization by providing much needed support to our organization. Help us lay the foundation of this new organization and work to provide positive technical, social + environmental change.
We need volunteers who are passionate about our cause, mission, goals, projects, and programs and have proven interests in these fields and spheres that we represent.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - EXECUTIVE
The Administrative Assistant supportsour CEO or other Board Member by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
- Respond to emails, maintains records, manages contacts
- Manages calendars, coordinates availability, prepares agendas, schedules meetings, prepares and distributes meeting minutes
- Book travel and accommodations
- Prepare spreadsheets, perform market research
- Create presentations, charts, and other documents
- Address volunteer’s administrative queries
- At least five (5) hours per week spread over at leastfour (4) days per week to meet deadlines
- Availability to attend board meetings or other meetings as needed
Work or volunteer experience: Proven experience in a similar rolethat demonstratesfamiliarity with Microsoft Office and providing clerical support to an executive officer.
