ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - EXECUTIVE

The Administrative Assistant supports our CEO or other Board Member by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITITES

  • Respond to emails, maintains records, manages contacts
  • Manages calendars, coordinates availability, prepares agendas, schedules meetings, prepares and distributes meeting minutes
  • Book travel and accommodations
  • Prepare spreadsheets, perform market research
  • Create presentations, charts, and other documents
  • Address volunteer’s administrative queries

TIME COMMITMENT

  • At least five (5) hours per week spread over at leastfour (4) days per week to meet deadlines
  • Availability to attend board meetings or other meetings as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Work or volunteer experience: Proven experience in a similar rolethat demonstratesfamiliarity with Microsoft Office and providing clerical support to an executive officer.
