Our ideal volunteer will have a strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms, detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, and capable of preparing an annual budget for community outreach activities.
More about the position: The Community Engagement and Outreach Volunteer will work under the supervision of the Executive Director in engaging with the community and voluntary groups, faith-based groups, and other support organizations that are likely to come into contact with Black Mothers. The engagement will help to raise the profile of S.A.S.S. Inc. on the broader sector; identify new Mothers and/or expecting Mothers who might benefit from accessing our services, and establish referral pathways with key groups and organizations

- Driver's License Needed
- Must be at least 18
- Orientation or Training
- One full day per week for a minimum of 60 days OR two full days for a minimum of 30 days, you set your own work hours and are responsible for appropriate tracking of hours
