Are you looking to give back to the community? LifeSTEPS has an opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking hard-working and dedicated volunteers committed to empowering their neighbors and residents in the South Bay Area by providing nutritional nourishment and alleviating food insecurity.

It would require help with set -up, crowd control and keeping sign-in sheets for food distribution to residents living in affordable housing communities. The volunteer must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be willing to obtain a Food Handler's certification - which only takes about a 45-minute training. It also be helpful to have a transportation in case assistance with transporting food is needed.

We are looking for 2-3 more volunteers for Rincon Gardens Apartments in the South Bay Region (Campbell, CA). The food distribution at this site occurs every third Thursday of the month from 9:45AM to 1:30PM. Please inquire if interested.
