Sean's K-9's is looking for some LOCAL VOLUNTEER VIDEO EDITORS! The date range is from July 29th to August 7th and there are no set hours, it's whenever you are able to work on the project.

Sean's K-9's is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that funds grants to provide K-9 units to law enforcement agencies. More information about Sean's K-9's can be found in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RnR2cfAo74M

Every year, we've hosted a Hawaiian luau to celebrate our K-9's and officers, and to raise money for future grants. This is typically held in August and includes many of our grant recipients and their dogs who come and do a meet and greet before the event. We have asked the handlers unable to attend our Luau to submit a short video so we can show those attending a running video of our dogs who weren't able to be there. We would like to have it set in a loop to be shown during the meet and greet and also during the Luau itself. Our event is being held August 13th and we would like to have this done by August 9th.

We're reaching out and asking volunteers to help us by editing the pre-recorded pieces submitted to us by the handlers so it can be shown during our Luau. We will be giving credit to our volunteer editors during the Luau event.

Here's what we information we would like to know from volunteers:

If you'd like to volunteer to do video editing, please let us know what type of editing software you are comfortable/experienced using.

You will be given access to videos via Drop Box or Google drive and ask that you return the edited version to us the same way. We’ll ask you to select highlights from the videos and create a 30 to 45 second video.
