The Lampkin Foundation offers a safe, COVID-19 compliant, and positive environment for individuals wishing to engage with community leaders, work on grassroots projects, and make an impact. The D'Andre D. Lampkin Foundation and its community partners are looking for a talented Social Media Creative Intern to become part of our all-volunteer non-profit organization based out of Ontario, California.

Put your social media skills to use in a meaningful way and help others within the community. If you are result driven, enjoy helping others, and like working in a friendly office environment, then volunteering as a Social Media Creative may be a good fit for you. As Social Media Creative Intern, you would assist with generating social media content on all our platforms to engage our audience, coordinating social media broadcasts, and leading initiatives. The creative will focus on the logistics of delivering content to various social channels. To be successful as our Social Media Creative Intern, you should be highly motivated to help your community and creative. Basic filming and recording equipment is provided.

Essential Functions:

• Generate, edit, publish, and share content.
• Build meaningful connections and encourage local community members through dialog and messaging.
• Maintain the foundation's social media pages and profiles.
• Developing meaningful social media content that is consistent with the foundation's identity.
• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original content.
• Innovative skills to find new ideas and campaigns to promote the foundation

Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional and resourceful demeanor , the ability to work both independently and as a team player, and a desire to take initiative.
