Become a hospice volunteer to visit patients in Atlantic, Cape May & Cumberland Counties. Visits made in homes and Assisted Living facilities. A meaningful opportunity to give back to the community.
Must have current driver's license, proof of auto insurance, Covid19 vaccination or proof of exemption, negative TB test. We provide all of the training (digital & face-to-face) and onboarding.

  • Volunteers can offer companionship, read, play music for patients.
  • Make tuck-in-calls remotely.
  • Office volunteers will assist with clerical work in our office.

Description

Compassionate Care hospice focuses on the whole person - combining medical care and support for physical, emotional and spiritual needs, as well as support for loved ones and caregivers at the end-of-life. we are looking for comfort and craft volunteers, pet therapists, musicians, reiki practioners to make visits, phone calls or crafts. We cover Atlantic, Cape May, and Cumberland counties. Please consider joining our team!
