The NeuroRider Virtual Reality Study involves a brain and body training program that may impact the effects of aging on the brain. The program involves a virtual reality headset and a stationary bike incorporating both cognitive and physical activity simultaneously. No previous virtual reality experience is required to participate. We do primarily look for people who are local and have no problem coming to and from USC's Health Science Campus frequently. The study calls for participants to join us at our on-campus lab 3 days a week for about 45-60 minutes each session for the course of 12 weeks .

Mission Statement
Our mission is to develop a novel, tech-based intervention to improve brain health for older adults at risk for cognitive decline.
Description
We began the first phase of the NeuroRider Virtual Reality Brain Health Study in 2018 and our second phase began in May of 2019. The goal of our program is to build upon principles from neuroscience to understand how simultaneous brain and body interventions can regenerate the human brain.
