We are seeking a Volunteer Fundraising Manager to manage fundraising campaigns and initiatives for our Outreach Programs and Community Events at NYSoM. The responsibilities of this include:

• Create campaigns and strategy plans to solicit donations and funding.
• Managing budgets and determine if targets are met.
• Managing information and recording the profile and fundraising activity of donors on a database.
• Create a Bi-Weekly status report after to communicate fundraising activity and contacts.
• Will need to participate in a monthly phone call with our Directors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting Strongly Preferred.
• Professional or Community Established Experience Required.
• Grant writing experience in the Public and/or Private Sector Strongly Preferred.
• Located with the NYC Area preferred but not required.
• Must have strong leadership qualities and ability to work in a team setting.
