Good Day my name is Dinlitha Banks and I am the Executive Director of Living for Tomorrow, Inc. (LFTI) we are a nonprofit organization that is designed to be a Female Residential Reentry Center. This Pilot Program is designed to be a ground-breaking opportunity not only will we be able to accommodate up to 20 probation/paroled women, but we will also offer these women the ability to learn the trade of micro-farming, agriculture, event planning, culinary arts, and so many more on-site programs and services.
We are seeking brilliant minds who are willing to devote their time as we do. This project will run in 90-day increments, with the possibility of an extension and the ability to apply for a position at LFTI on a permanent part-time basis. This project will include locating donors and sponsors, grant writing, and interacting with various organizations on behalf of LFTI. We are looking for fun, hard-working upbeat people who love a challenge. Serious inquiries need only apply.

To obliterate recidivism one woman at a time by providing female offenders with the relevant resources to gain or further their education, acquire jobs, rehabilitate from drug and alcohol abuse, reconcile with their families, and get the social-economic stability necessary to help them successfully re-enter society.
Description
LFTI is designed to be a Minority/Women ran Female Residential Reentry Center (RRC). We will at any given time house the minimum of 25 women however we will have to the capacity to house up to 50 reentry eligible women. We will offer an array of programs including Literacy, Culinary, GED, Job readiness, and training when applicable. Our goal is to reunite families and communities with women who are ready to change their lives after being incarcerated and will help us Obliterate Recidivism one Woman at a time.
