Business Law Attorney for unique Nonprofit
ORGANIZATION: The AUERBACH GLOBAL-IMPACT FOUNDATION
Please visit the new page to apply.
The California-based Auerbach Global-Impact Foundation ( www.theAGIF.org) uniquely provides a wide range of capacity-building solutions for small and medium nonprofits to succeed and thrive. These include a Directory, year-long social campaign, 100+ courses, many resources, translations, podcasts and more.
We are seeking an attorney who can advise about structuring opportunities; relationships between us and for-profit ventures; some exciting projects we are developing; possibly drafting contracts; and to answer straightforward questions, mostly dealing with business and sometimes with employment law.
Our current emphasis is on serving veteran-focused and Black nonprofits.
Depending on your interest, we can offer you a position on our Board and its monthly virtual meetings. Experience with other nonprofits is greatly beneficial.
