The LEAD Project Twin Cities is looking for additional board members to round out our small but mighty crew of 5! We're seeking young professionals dedicated to connecting their peers in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area with nonprofits in need of fresh perspective & an expanded sphere of influence. We typically meet once monthly, and host events 3-4 times per year. We're passionate about encouraging young adults towards public service and giving them the tools to be successful in their endeavors.

The LEAD (Leadership Emergence and Development) Project is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under the laws of the State of Minnesota and is the premier nonprofit dedicated to developing the next generation of Twin Cities philanthropic leaders. Founded in 2006, LEAD serves its 2,500+ young professional members by helping making engagement in the Twin Cities nonprofit community accessible, fun and impactful.

What We Do:
To develop the next generation of Twin Cities philanthropic leaders, LEAD carries out its mission in three ways:
1) Connecting young professionals with nonprofit volunteer & board positions
2) Hosting philanthropic events
3) Providing leadership education to young professionals
