The YMCA Social Impact Center supports thousands of youth, young adults, families and individuals throughout the county with services ranging from behavioral health support, foster care services, young adult services and housing and homelessness services. Gift cards are overwhelmingly the most requested and helpful gifts that our young people and families can receive. It ensures that they get the things that they want and need most. Host a gift card drive for the participants we serve to celebrate the holidays this year. Gift cards can range from a variety of stores, restaurants and services including: Nike, Target, Best Buy, Movie Theaters, Red Robin, Shell Gas, Fred Meyer, Uber/Eats, etc. After collection, donations can be dropped off to our office in South Seattle and Auburn, or coordinated to be picked up.

Description
The Y Social Impact Center offer services at dozens of program sites in Seattle and King County, building stronger community as part of the YMCA of Greater Seattle’s family of branches and camps. Since 1973, the Y Social Impact Center (formerly Accelerator and Metrocenter) has been a catalyst for sparking young people to build self-confidence, resilience and hope, and to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
The Social Impact Center provides a full spectrum of programming that engages young people from different socioeconomic backgrounds and life experiences. 40 years and counting, the Y continues to provide innovative opportunities for youth to become healthier, make better choices, participate in life-changing leadership experiences, and create stronger communities.
