Adopt a family’s holiday wish list from the Y Social Impact Center's Justice Systems Diversion Program, Alive and Free. This program connects young people involved in or at-at risk of being involved in gangs, gang violence and/or the juvenile justice system to services that help them stay alive and free. Our outreach workers support youth in identifying goals, such as engagement in education and employment, and overcoming the barriers to achieving these goals.
