Social Media is kicking us in the pants!

We are a small organization with no paid team members. Currently myself and my husband, Co-Founders of the organization, are handling our social media which is limited to Facebook and Instagram. Our main focus is on serving the animals in our care, leaving little to no time for us to learn how to effectively use social media; mainly reducing the amount of time spent posting due to the varied requirements for each platform.

We are committed to personal interactions through social media and NOT the number of "followers" (we call them family or Ohana) we have; quality over quantity. We read every comment ourselves and respond as needed. One aspect of our organization that people love is our personal interaction and feeling like they are connected to our journey and not just another "follower".

It is our intention to retain that level of connection, while expanding our reach to welcome more people to our journey which we hope will result in more funding.

We need someone who can guide and teach us the ins and outs of social media that we don’t know about or comprehend and help us put together s sustainable plan for managing social media that is effective and reduces our time spent managing it.
