We are a startup nonprofit immigration organization and we are looking for a candidate that has great office and organizational skills. It's a plus that the candidate have some knowledge of legal admin settings, but not required. We can train the individual to help our admin director. if you are bi-lingual it is a huge plus since most of our clients are from other countries.. Must have great writing skills and be able to use Excel, all Microsoft applications and google applications. Candidate must have strong Microsoft knowledge and great customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must possess knowledge of marketing Social Media content, Microsoft applications, face to face Customer Service & Telephonic skills and willingness to learn.
• This position can possibly become a full time position.
• The preferred candidate will have the ability to help us market our services to immigrants needing all types of visa application needs.
