Basically what's needed is: people who are comfortable bagging groceries, lifting up to ~10ish lbs.
Grocery delivery volunteers are urgently needed to deliver food to seniors who are living on a low income. We are seeking volunteers to bag and deliver groceries to residents who live in Fountain Valley, Stanton, and Garden Grove. Volunteers are asked to help bag fresh produce and shelf stable items (e.g.: rice, beans, pasta, snacks, cereal), and drop off at resident's door twice a month. The food is delivered, bagged, and distributed all at one location, so there is no need to drive from place to place.
