Volunteer to become a Big and ignite potential in a local youth. Mentor a youth 2-4 times a month in our Community Based or Sync (Foster Care) mentoring programs. Our professionally supported, 1:1 mentoring programs have been shown to reduce alcohol and drug use in youth and increase school attendance and graduation rates.

We partner with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community and hold ourselves accountable for each youth in our program achieving:
- Higher Aspirations, greater confidence and better relationships
- Avoidance of risky behaviors
- Educational success
Our Mentoring Works
National research has shown that the positive relationships between youth and their Big Brothers and Big Sisters have a direct and measurable impact on children's lives. Little Brothers and Sisters are:
- More confident in their schoolwork performance
- Able to get along better with their families
- 46% less likely to begin using illegal drugs
- 27% less likely to begin using alcohol
- 52% less likely to skip school
