ORGANIZATION: CHANGE AZ

  • 21 people are interested

We are looking for someone who can grow with our organization. We do not imagine someone with grant writing experience will want to volunteer their time to do this on the side, so we would like to help someone get these skills which can help you for the rest of your life if you choose that path. Our grant writer will start as a volunteer, and eventually write their salary into our larger grants. As a Community Psychologist, our President has a background in grant writing and will be working closely with the grant writer at first. Eventually, this will be a fairly autonomous position. The ideal candidate will be someone who has time during the day- but is self-driven. Stay-at home mom’s, retirees who want something to do, senior’s in college, or people who are working part-time and can volunteer now, but might be interested in something full-time. This is a tedious job, but if you have gotten through tough stuff, and are looking to just be calm and write- this could be great for you!

About CHANGE AZ

Location:

PO BOX 484, Vail, AZ 85641, US

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide low to no cost, research-based and research-directed e-therapy services to all Arizona residents struggling with past abuse and trauma, relationship struggles, and issues with emotion regulation.

Description

We are a new organization looking to hit the ground running! We want to provide therapy services to as many people as possible, but in the way therapy is meant to be done, without pressure on the therapists. We want to prevent burnout by offering a safe work environment. We also want to be able to contribute to the overall research in our field and have a goal to create a prevention program to reduce domestic and dating violence, based on our own research.
