Looking for a volunteer to help support a website built on Squarespace as well as its connections to Google forms, Facebook and Instagram. In addition it is ideal if the candidate can support other infrastructure for the rescue including Sharepoint, account administration within Office 365, setting up things like distribution lists, google groups and other communication tools. As availability allows this individual will be asked to explore new software packages and how they fit within the infrasture and connect to the website. There are also needs to troubleshoot aspects of existing software such as PayPal, Stripe, and Quickbooks. The ideal candidate will be self driven and will like to solve puzzles by researching creative solutions. Need to be comfortable teaching individuals who have minimal technical understanding. No minimum hours required. Whatever you can offer will be helpful to the rescue as this role works with a team. However we will ask that you commit to something consistent.
