The following is an opportunity for flexible, part-time, volunteer work that may be virtually performed. We are looking for an Expert LinkedIn Ads Advisor.

EmpreSomos is a non-profit social initiative. It aims at boosting enterprising skills, knowledge, and know-how among youngsters and young adults in the countries of the Central American region -- Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua.

Main Responsibilities

Working with EmpreSomos volunteer team

Asist in the design of LinkedIn Ad campaigns to increase awareness of our EmpreSomos Facebook page and website services among our Central American beneficiaries.

Carry out progress monitoring to make the appropriate campaign adjustments towards planned marketing goals and objectives.

Requirements

Significant experience with LinkedIn Ads.

Strong organization and communication skills

Strong passion for progressive change

Familiarity with content production in social media platforms

Experience with social listening, measurement, and analytics (such as Google Analytics and other relevant tools)

10-20 hours over 8 to 12 weeks

At the core of our mission is a powerful commitment to tackling four critical challenges that profoundly impact Central American communities: unemployment, underemployment, forced migration, and illicit economic activities. These are barriers that stifle sustainable development and the chance for everyone to thrive.

EmpreSomos offers the following Entrepreneurship Learning Services via its Internet Portal:

Online Mentorships: Free access to international mentors in partnership with MicroMentor, providing personalized online guidance for every step of the entrepreneurial journey.
E-Learning & Training: Facilitated access to leading MOOC platforms to enhance technical and interpersonal skills vital for today's business success.
Digital Knowledge Repository: Excellent for sharing research, best practices in entrepreneurship and innovation, and celebrating the region's most innovative entrepreneurs and leaders.
Geolocation and Events: An interactive map of regional support services and resources, along with the promotion of entrepreneurship learning and networking events, designed to inspire and connect our community.
