Read Write Discover is a volunteer and student-led tutoring program whose mission is to create equitable literacy opportunities for K-8th grade learners by empowering young leaders to make a change in their communities.
Chinese Translators are committed to translating RWD content to better engage with our Chinese speaking families. As a Language Diversity Committee Member, they are committed to dismantling language barriers within the program.

RWD's work is grounded in equity and youth leadership. We strongly encourage people of color, especially those who identify as black or brown, LGBTQ+, or identify with other marginalized communities, to apply and join our leadership team.
