We are seeking a clerical assistant/administrative intern. This position will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, organizing and maintaining paper filing system as well as membership database and performing other general office clerk duties.
Answer and route main telephone
Assist in managing the flow of paperwork.
Filing and organizing paperwork
Creating and organizing electronic documents
Maintaining membership database
Be willing and ready to learn about administration processes
