Are you passionate about contributing to the lives of the families who need it the most? The ideal Merchandise Coordinator will be a marketing/e-commerce guru, with a good eye for style, and a passion for Carry the Future’s mission of making a difference in the lives of refugee families. The Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing our online merchandise shop. The Merchandise Coordinator will work with the Chief Communication Officer and other staff members to ensure the best customer experience on the site.

Standard Position Duties

  • Work collaboratively with the CTF creative team.

  • Oversee Bonfire shop for merchandise order and delivery.

  • Maintain the display of online products.

  • Manage end to end set up of all products.

  • Organize marketing campaigns for new products.

  • Troubleshoot printing issues on the online shopping platform as needed.

  • Monitor all sale campaigns and prepare designs for all merchandise plans.

  • Report earnings from the merchandise monthly.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in marketing/e-commerce.

  • Technology savvy, good with numbers, and able to analyze products both quantitatively and qualitatively.

  • Adaptive in developing successful relationships with outside vendors.

  • Efficient with planning to ensure on-time and advanced product display including exclusive events and limited releases.

We’re an organization of more than 60 volunteer staff and 5,500 global volunteers who are committed to serving refugee families with love and dignity. We focus on filling in the gaps to provide critical aid to refugee families in Greece, Jordan, Tanzania, Bangladesh, the US - Mexico border, and beyond. Specifically, our aid falls into three programs: Welcome Baby, Community Development, and Emergency Response.
