We are currently seeking volunteers who have a passion to create. We are creating projects for our families. Projects that are meaningful and will have a lasting memory of loved ones, who have passed on.
The first project are Legacy Boxes. These boxes will display memorabilia , photos and other items that reflect a loved one's life.
the second project is called " These Hands" the volunteer will collect stories from the patient or family member. Then will create a photo of the patients hands along with their story in a picture frame.
If you would like more detailed information, please contact me. We are looking for immediate assistance.
Materials will be provided or reimbursed.

Description
A higher level of Hospice
Grane Hospice provides a Higher Level of hospice care through a low patient to nurse ratio, allowing for more care time whenever needed. Our aides provide additional personal care through bathing, feeding and dressing assistance. Our volunteers are also available for visits, errands and companionship.
Your Spiritual Connection
If you have a spiritual affiliation, with your permission, we will contact your minister to advise him or her that you are in our care. We will also invite your minister to communicate with our Interdisciplinary Team so that mutually, we can best serve your needs.
Our Ministers Will
- Provide a listening ear when you are worried, afraid, or just need to talk
- Address spiritual concerns
- Pray with you, read Scripture, or just sit quietly
- Provide or arrange for Christian sacraments or other religious rites
- Conduct funeral or memorial services
