Anvil of Hope is a fairly new nonprofit organization and is seeking volunteers to help with operational needs. Their current need is for a Social Media Specialist to increase their brand awareness and promote support for their cause. The goal of this position is both to increase the number of followers and their level of engagement. Low-income families, those who are facing homelessness, at risk youth including those whom are aging out of foster care, and citizens who are experiencing temporary hardships, are at the heart of their mission.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to strengthen our San Diego community by providing assistance to those who are: from low income families, temporarily facing economic hardships, at risk of becoming homeless, including at risk youth potentially facing homelessness. We want to alleviate some of the burden from our city and have a part in making our community stronger, more productive, more beautiful, and help San Diego to remain America’s Finest City. We plan to offer a variety of services to include training, apprenticeship and mentoring programs. We are seeking Angel Partners to help with these services as well as Angels who will offer professional services to help with residential and neighborhood beautification projects and home/auto repair, to name a few.

We are seeking volunteers to become Angel Partners to help with our services but also to help with operational needs to include volunteer management, administrative, social media, and event planning.
