The Membership Coordinator will maintain ongoing relationships with members in support of HNC’s goals. This person will oversee membership retention and growth.
The main responsibilities of the Membership Coordinator will include:
- Establish and maintain positive member relationships
- Support the development of programming to increase retention and member satisfaction
- Facilitate the development and execution of member communication plans
- Support development and implementation of retention strategies
- Collect, maintain and analyze member data for the Executive team
This volunteer will have excellent people, communication, and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated outstanding customer service.
Her Nexx Chapter (HNC) is a 501(c)3 organization that provides an immersive virtual platform consisting of programs that connect, mentor and nurture women through their journey in life by providing access to certified life coaches, mentors and subject matter experts.

Description
In addition to our vision illuminating a diverse group of women spanning multi-generations with increased capacity to embrace individual strengths for well-being, we have created a community within our internal structure for our volunteers. We are proud that our platform provides opportunities to help mentor and enhance our volunteers' skills with professional leadership.
