About us: iAmerica is an interdisciplinary people oriented organization providing Comprehensive Health, Mental & Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Treatment in both outpatient and community settings ( in-homes, school, facilities and workplaces).

We provide social services, advocacy, educational and employment services in addition medical and mental health services including substance substance counseling despite your ability to pay. We sever Metro Detroit and Tricounty areas from our 5 locations located in Detroit, Canton, Garden City, Hamtramck & Taylor. We also support healthy eating through our community gardening project.
