You can make a difference to a senior in need!
Meals on Wheels is looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) meal delivery driver volunteers in the Berwyn and Cicero, Illinois area.
Meal pick-ups are in Brookfield, Monday thru Friday mornings and it takes 90 minutes-2 hours to complete a delivery route. All volunteers are reimbursed 55 cents per mile.
Volunteers must be 18 or older, have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and their own car.

Our vision is to live in an environment where seniors and persons with disabilities are valued and are an active part of our community. We currently serve nearly 600,000 meals a year to over 7,500 seniors and persons with disabilities in Suburban Cook, Kendall & Grundy Counties.

Join us for lunch!
Fight against hunger by giving back to the older adults in your community! The Community Nutrition Network needs your help serving meals at our café sites as well as delivering meals to homebound adults. These opportunities can last anywhere from 1-3 hours and are located at various sites throughout the northern Illinois area.
At The Community Nutrition Network, we strive to keep older adults and persons with disabilities an active part of their community by providing them with the support they need. Much more than a meal, our programs combat depression and isolation, offers companionship, and provides safety checks for homebound adults.
