Fundraising Coordinator
Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue
Plan, organize and execute fundraising activities to secure monetary donations or other gifts that support the goals of Louie’s Legacy. Requires hands-on involvement in all fundraising efforts, including digital campaigns and yearly initiatives such as Giving Tuesday and Strut Your Mutt. The Coordinator assesses fundraising opportunities, suggests creative, income-generating ideas to the Marketing and Development Manager for approval, and tracks expenses and income for each fundraiser they lead in order to report this information to the Marketing and Development Manager. Must work closely with our Social Media Team and other volunteers to be successful.

Description
We are a no-kill animal rescue based in Cincinnati and Staten Island, New York. We are proudly foster based, meaning our animals live in homes, not shelters. This allows us to more thoroughly get to know our animals, ensuring they are matched with suitable, screened adoptive homes that meet our high standards. In 2019, we saved over 2,600 animals.
