Do you love working with kids? Want to help them be successful in school? Then we need you as an Intern with our Girl Genius Tutoring Program. Interns will assist with tutoring participants in K-8, maneuvering ISD's virtual sessions with participants and communicates with the participant's teachers or school staff, classroom supervision and program delivery in social-emotional learning, STEAM and Girl Scout curriculum.
Locations: West Side Girl Scout Leadership Center located at 5622 W. Cesar E. Chavez Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78237 & additional sites in Harlandate ISD, San Antonio ISD and Edgewood ISD.
Flexible hours:
M-TH 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Virtual option also available.
Prior knowledge of or past affiliation with Girl Scouts is not required.

Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas is a dynamic and contemporary organization which prepares girls to seek and meet the challenges for our ever changing society. Through our program, girls ages 5-17, learn to have fun, gain self-esteem, and contribute to their communities. Support for our organization is provided by trained volunteers and skilled staff. The volunteer structure is innovative and emphasizes adult education and training.
