Blood Donor Ambassadors welcomes all visitors to Red Cross facilities or blood drives. Temperature will be taken before they enter. Visitors could include potential blood donors, people seeking help, course participants, and Red Cross employees and volunteers.
Our Blood Donor Ambassadors ensure that blood donors have a pleasant and fulfilling experience, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. During a blood drive, whether you’re greeting donors, answering questions or thanking them for their donation, your courtesy and professionalism will create a favorable impression that encourages ongoing donor support.
This is an in person role. Locations needed are in Eastern, MA, Springfield Donor Center and Worcester Donor Center only. To register for this role go to: https://www.redcross.org/volunteer/become-a-volunteer.html
