We are excited to host a Drive Thru Rededication Carnival for all 2021 renewed Girl Scouts. Come enjoy fun games and discover what surprises await you! Girls will drive thru for a fun time demonstrating their carnival game skills. In addition to the fun activities, we’ve unlocked the Girl Scout vault of past program incentives. Girls will test their luck and see what surprises they uncover in their very own mystery bag!
During this interactive drive thru, girls will take a turn at several carnival themed games as they rededicate and kickoff another year in Girl Scouts. Get ready to throw, toss and spin!
This event will be following all COVID-19 safety precautions. All participants will need to remain in their vehicles at all times. Event Support volunteers will assist Girl Scout staff by serving as entrance monitors and prize spinners, as well ask helping run carnival games.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about encouraging girls to explore, learn and grow
- Supportive of different learning and communication styles
- Desire to provide high-energy experiences to girls
- Willing to provide essential event support such as event organization, set-up and clean-up
- Experience working with children ages 5-18, helpful but not necessary
- Can lift a minimum of 5 pounds
- Punctual, dependable, enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years old
- Must be able to volunteer for the full event
- Must wear a mask and maintain social distancing (a Girl Scout mask will be provided for you at the event).
This event will take place in Folsom, CA. Specific event and parking information will be shared once a volunteer is confirmed for the event.
