If you’re passionate about collecting, managing, and analyzing website data, and looking to help empower women, this is the position for you. We’re looking for an individual who gets just as excited about Google analytics, KPIs, and dashboards as we are. The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills and leverages data to steer strategies that grow audiences, foster relationships, and promote marketing activations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of paid professional experience in establishing, monitoring, and reporting KPIs, and making recommendations based on data analysis to improve website traffic and engagement.
• Develop benchmarks, establish KPIs, and work closely with Content Manager, Editorial Manager, and Website Product Manager to track and optimize page performance.
• Apply test-and-learn strategies to determine optimal designs and winning content strategies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with website team, marketing teams, and editorial team, and video team.
• Attend weekly meetings.
