Do you want to help women at different life stages and circumstances to find programs and content that speak to their needs and motivate them to take action?

and is familiar with Squarespace.
We need someone who believes that first impressions matter and uses technical expertise to meet the evolving needs of our programs and our community so that our website provides needed information and helps grow audiences, foster relationships, and promote marketing activations.
50/50 Leadership is a 100% volunteer-based nonprofit committed to empowering, education, and inspiring women from all walks of life to become leaders in their careers and communities.
Our website needs ongoing maintenance - adding events, articles from our newsletter, program pages and landing pages.
What we ask of you -
- Experience with Squarespace
- Utilize html coding to implement videos, widgets, and other engaging website features.
- Apply test-and-learn strategies to determine optimal designs and winning content strategies.
- A team player to collaborate with marketing and technical leads
- Ability to work cross-functionally with editorial team, marketing leads, copywriters, website team, and graphics team.
- May assist with content management for other teams as needed.
- Attend web team meetings when possible.

Description
Established in 2004, we provide financial literacy programs to young women who have grown up in foster care, been incarcerated, been unhoused, and/or survived gender-based violence. In the past, we led leadership training programs and honored women who are making a difference around the world.
We feel that every girl and woman should have the opportunity to realize their leadership potential. Whether they are a leader in their home, at work, school or in the community.
We are women and men from all walks of life who agree that leadership should reflect the gender of the population: women make up more than half of the U.S. population and should be equally included in boardrooms, elected offices, academia, and all public and private enterprises and endeavors.
