Do you want to make an impact on women to promote and empower leadership?
Do you want to help women at different life stages and circumstances to find programs and content that speak to their needs and motivate them to take action?
We’re looking for an individual who has experience building user-friendly websites with remarkable content. Our ideal candidate will know the importance of the customer and form insights and find innovative ways to interact with each of our audiences, translate ideas into product designs, and harness the passion and energy of teams across the organization to bring these designs to life.
We are looking for a proven candidate who will strongly contribute to our vision.
Responsibilities include working with the web team, the marketing team, the fundraising team, the editorial team and the programming team to implement changes and updates to our website. Ensuring payment systems work; add more e-commerce to the site.

Do you have -
- 2-5 years of paid professional experience building and/or managing website development and design, and leveraging data to improve website traffic and engagement.
- Experience with Squarespace
- Prioritize and project-manage technical work
- Familiarity with data privacy compliance and SEO including long-form content.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams as listed above.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with various marketing, tech, and operational stakeholders
- Attend marketing meeting as possible

Description
Established in 2004, we provide financial literacy programs to young women who have grown up in foster care, been incarcerated, been unhoused, and/or survived gender-based violence. In the past, we led leadership training programs and honored women who are making a difference around the world.
We feel that every girl and woman should have the opportunity to realize their leadership potential. Whether they are a leader in their home, at work, school or in the community.
We are women and men from all walks of life who agree that leadership should reflect the gender of the population: women make up more than half of the U.S. population and should be equally included in boardrooms, elected offices, academia, and all public and private enterprises and endeavors.
