If you’re passionate about developing best-in-class websites that attract and engage customers and you’re looking to help empower women while managing a cross-functional team, this is the volunteer position for you. We’re looking for an individual who has experience building user-friendly websites with remarkable content. Our ideal candidate will be customer centered and form insights and find innovative ways to interact with each of our audiences, translate ideas into product designs, and harness the passion and energy of teams across the organization to bring these designs to life. We are looking for a proven candidate who will strongly contribute to our vision and roadmap. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements, writing specifications, working from design to realization. Results will grow audiences, foster relationships, and promote marketing activations.

2-5 years of paid professional experience building and/or managing website development and design, and leveraging data to improve website traffic and engagement.
Experience with website design platforms such as Weebly, WordPress or Wix.
Prioritize and project-manage technical work including but not limited to survey forms, creating members-only website experience, and module pop-ups.
Oversee roadmap and website ecosystem including managing and adjusting site map.
Familiarity with data privacy compliance and SEO including long-form content.
Ability to work cross-functionally with editorial team, marketing leads, copywriters, website team, and graphics team.
Lead cross-functional meetings with various marketing, tech, and operational stakeholders
