We are looking for a Fundraising team leader and specialists that can help us to get funding for scaling up our organization.
OUR MISSION
Immigrant Care is a social Tech non-profit organization dedicated to enabling refugees and undocumented immigrants to get access to affordable healthcare.

Because of Covid-19, we have developed a telehealth mobile application that refugees and undocumented immigrants can use to reach doctors that want to help their communities, with total confidentiality while paying pre-negotiated very affordable rates.
Our plan consists of launching our mobile application in the Latino American community of the NY metropolitan area. But our goal is to serve ALL communities in need across the United States, and maybe the World!
Now more than ever, essential workers are making it possible for Americans to stay safe at home now during COVID-19. Many undocumented workers comprise this essential frontline workforce but they have challenges accessing healthcare. They need your help!
POSITION SUMMARY:
The fundraising specialist is in charge of building relationships and networking with key stakeholders and potential donors. This role will report directly to the CEO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a strategy to reach Corporations or other organizations for getting grants.
- Identify and develop potential collaborations with organizations and community stakeholders.
COMPETENCIES
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with corporate contacts.
- The ability to work independently.
- Able to manage tasks or projects from implementation through to completion.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
- Results Driven.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We are a social tech non-profit startup. At the moment this is a non-paid position. Once we start operating and getting donations, we will transition this position from volunteer to paid staff.
Please note - this is a partly remote and unpaid volunteer position with a weekly time commitment of 10-15 hours. We are flexible and will work with your schedule.
