Constellation Hospice is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer (in Massachusetts) who is a veteran (or family of a veteran) and would like to help grow our We Honor Veterans Program. Be part of a team who are passionate about acknowledging and supporting our Veteran Hospice and Home Care patients, their families and caregivers. Volunteer would work from home, collaborating with our team which meets virtually every two weeks from 9:30-10 AM via Zoom, with opportunities to bring perspective, help brainstorm actions, listen to heartwarming stories of interactions with our Veterans and those who care for them, and together create a first rate program that makes a difference in their lives. Must be comfortable using Zoom. We serve in MA, NH and ME. .5 - 2 hours a week as desired. Could take on additional responsibilities over time if volunteer wishes to.
