6 County Road, Suite 6, Mattapoisett, MA 02739, US
All Hands and Hearts is a US-based, 501(c)3 non-profit organization, that efficiently and effectively addresses the immediate and long-term needs of communities impacted by natural disasters. By listening to local people, and deploying our unique model of engaging volunteers to enable direct impact, we rebuild safe, resilient schools, homes and other community infrastructure. Through volunteer and community engagement, we aim to help families recover faster after natural disasters using our "smart response" strategy. By rebuilding in a disaster resilient way, we prepare them for future events and, through the process, strengthen both volunteers and communities.
We have suspended all volunteer programs to slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). At All Hands and Hearts, we are applying what we have learned in 15 years of disaster relief work to take responsible actions that safeguard our global community and slow the spread of the coronavirus. These are the actions we have taken to do our part and slow the spread of COVID-19. https://bit.ly/2UwUAQv
OUR EMERGENCY PPE DRIVE FOR NEW YORK Since mid-March, there has been an overwhelming need for personal protective equipment (PPE) in hospitals around the nation. And, the current situation in New York is dire.
We are leveraging our disaster-relief experience, working with stressed supply chains, to source and distribute PPE to hospitals and other healthcare facilities that need it most, starting with those in Long Island, New York.
Only through your generosity and companies such as Juhi-Ash Center who has made a $20,000 donation toward the goal to purchase the personal protective equipment necessary for healthcare workers on the frontlines of COVID-19. Please support this effort by donating today: https://give.allhandsandhearts.org/campaign/covid-19-emergency-ppe-drive-for-new-york/c280737
