Poppy Life Care is a United States non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is determined to educate and empower children and their parents struggling with children’s health issues related to spectrum disorders, development disorders, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Our goal is to facilitate awareness and education while building innovative care programs, which we hope to accomplish alongside our local communities, its businesses and people. We believe in helping each other as part of an ecosystem of local business, healthcare groups, academic institutions and professionals alike.

We are seeking a Medicare & Medicaid Credentialing Specialist responsible for obtaining, tracking, and coordinating required credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment information, as applicable, for Medical Doctors (MD), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA), and other specialties as applicable to Medicaid & Medicare participation. Responsible for submitting and maintaining enrollment, status, documentation, and information needed, as well submission of credentialing providers to organizations, agencies, affiliates, and third party payers. Serves as a role model and demonstrates the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, and community relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Train Volunteers.
• Develop goals and objectives to reflect the missing of the company.
• Assessed the requirement of the volunteers for service delivery.
• Organize volunteer service and administered the work of volunteers.
  

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in program development and coordinated volunteer programs.
• Profound knowledge of managing volunteer resources.
• Outstanding knowledge of current trends and information for volunteerism.
• Solid understanding of maintaining confidential data.

Time Commitment Minimum:
Flexible, approx. 10 hours per week. Hours may be scheduled during normal business hours (Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Applicants able to schedule the maximum hours/duration listed for the internship/Volunteer typically to gain a more in-depth experience. Minimum 3 months commitment required.
