During COVID, I am looking for someone to call patients/family that live at home weekly. Questions will be provided. We want to make sure everyone is doing well and that they know they are supported.

This can be done from your home or at our office.
We are open M-F from 8-5. If you are working from home you have the opportunity for extended hours.
This will need to be a weekly task.

Mission Statement

Freedom Hospice "Large enough to serve, small enough to care." Hospice is a philosophy of care. The hospice philosophy accepts death as the final stage of life. Our agency provides supportive, compassionate palliative care given at the end of life. Our goal is that our patients live their last days with dignity and quality of life by managing pain and symptoms while surrounded by their loved ones. Freedom Hospice offers warm hearts, open minds and generous spirits.
