Mission Statement

Our global team is committed to partnering side-by-side with communities, organizations, and business leaders to ensure age equity in the workplace, and to leverage the diversity of thought, experience, and cognitive thinking that benefits us all.

Description

We are a grass roots organization which began as a result of many workers over the age of 40 finding themselves having difficulty in landing employment despite meeting qualifications. Some have had direct experience of age bias, others, perceived age bias but strong enough to recognize it. Our plan is to change this through by identifying beliefs, values that are not accurate, creating programs that help businesses become aware of biases and working towards applicable solutions. Our focus though cuts across all age groups.

Our Vision

Our vision establishes age equity as a core value for every workplace, no matter how big or small.

Our Promise

We promise to begin with positive intent - always - because we believe that education creates awareness that leads to action and change. Age and aging are complicated. Our goal is to offer targeted training and then facilitate your teams toward age-inclusive solutions. Our global team includes expertise in research, analytics, education, training, diversity and inclusion, change management, innovation, executive coaching, and marketing communications.

Unlock the potential of an age-inclusive employee culture.
