Concern for Animals (CFA) is a nonprofit animal welfare organization that has been helping pets in need in Olympia since 1980. We support low-income pet owners with the financial burdens of veterinary costs, spay/neuter procedures, and even operate a weekly food bank - and those are just a few of our programs!
Since we've been around for four decades and offered so many solutions to pets in need, we have quite a bit of documentation that's been kept and we're looking for a computer oriented, motivated individual to help us with digitizing and archiving some of our old grant files.
We are looking for someone who is able to do the following:
-Asses documents to identify type
-Use a printer to scan documents
-Use Google Drive to upload documents
-Use Google Sheets to input information (including hyperlinks)
-Physical filing of original documents
Our office is currently operating with 1-4 folks on-site daily and this is not a position we can have operate remotely.
*Additionally we operate a small cat adoption program out of our office and have kittens on-site. You are welcome to love on them while volunteering.
